INSADA designed Zentara’s 550 sqm headquarters at BAIC Tower, Serpong, as a dual-character workplace that balances high-performance digital security operations with moments of hospitality and retreat. The office zones—comprising a lobby, open office, meeting rooms, Security Operations Center, War Room, directors’ rooms, and laboratory—are conceived around Zentara’s Mars-inspired scientific identity. Clean lines, bold red accents, and precision lighting are paired with vinyl, stainless steel, and glass surfaces to project a technologically advanced, controlled environment. This high-tech language is carefully moderated with warmer elements, including textured finishes and beech-toned surfaces, ensuring the workspace remains human-centered, legible, and welcoming despite its rigorous function.

In contrast, the lounge and entertainment areas introduce a deliberate shift in atmosphere, offering a softer, more indulgent spatial experience. Here, rich burl veneers, bronze metal accents, marble bar counters, parquet flooring, and layered lighting create a refined, club-like ambiance reminiscent of a private members’ lounge. Upholstered furniture and fabric-laminated glass enhance comfort and tactility, positioning the space as a social and informal counterpoint to the operational intensity of the office. Together, these contrasting environments express Zentara’s identity as both a cutting-edge security firm and a contemporary workplace attuned to comfort, interaction, and well-being.
