Executed on a fast-tracked timeline, this whole-floor office renovation at Midpoint Place strategically targets key high-value spaces to elevate functionality and corporate image. The design reimagines the primary lobby with a book-matched marble reception desk, adds an expansive hospitality-driven bar lounge for social gatherings, and integrates an executive meeting room, flexible training facilities, and two new director suites.
