Trevor Apartment

INSADA was tasked with redesigning an existing tower within the Apartment Complex in Serpong, Indonesia. While retaining the original structure, the overhaul introduced significant upgrades, including reconfiguring the unit layouts into larger, more luxurious residences. A dedicated lobby was carved out from the existing parking structure, and new amenities such as a library, children’s play area, gym, spa, and jacuzzi were added to enhance the living experience. The tower’s identity was further redefined through the addition of a striking new crown and a refreshed facade featuring an updated color scheme.
