The MTown Trevor Public Space transforms an existing podium parking structure into a dedicated lobby for the upgraded ‘Trevor’ tower. A double-height space was carved out of the original parking structure to create an impressive lobby that seamlessly transitions into a lobby lounge, function room, study space, children’s play area, and lift lobby. INSADA also added other amenities in the podium such as spa, jacuzzi, gym, and salon as part of the complete apartment package.
