INSADA was commissioned to redesign the workspace for Max Consulting Group, a premier law and financial services firm located in the heart of Jakarta. The renovation seeks to preserve existing walls wherever possible, while fully shedding the identity of the previous tenant and establishing a distinct new presence. The design aspires to convey a sense of timeless permanence, achieved through a careful balance between heritage influences and bold contemporary expression.

Most of the existing civil structures are retained, complemented by high-impact interventions and refined finishes—most notably the dramatic book-matched marble reception and the warm, wood-paneled lounge bar. These elements introduce a sense of gravitas and sophistication, reinforcing an atmosphere of executive authority.

The transformation integrates a series of specialized zones, including an expansive open-plan office, a flexible training area equipped with LED panels, and a collection of private director and manager rooms. Unified by a cohesive palette of grey flooring, warm wood tones, and leather accents, the interior bridges traditional corporate professionalism with a modern, hospitality-inspired ambiance, resulting in a prestigious workspace that is both highly functional and architecturally compelling.
