Vasanta Shila Portico

Developed in collaboration with Vasanta Group, the Shila Portico single-family residential show unit is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home designed around the concept of "Modern Heritage Harmony." The interior scheme seamlessly weaves contemporary luxury with subtle Indonesian warmth, resulting in spaces that feel timeless, refined, and grounded.

At the heart of the residence is an expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area highlighted by a dramatic double-height living room. A dark, multi-dimensional feature wall and custom starburst chandeliers anchor the void, drawing the eye upward while flooding the home with light and spatial depth. Moving away from conventional rattan motifs, the design favors rich materials—marble tabletops, natural stone, dark wood paneling, and metallic accents—accented by vibrant pops of color and artisanal Indonesian decorative details.
