Shila Southbank - Neira Type

INSADA Integrated Design Team partnered with Vasanta Group to deliver the comprehensive interior design for the Neira Type Show Unit at Shila at Sawangan – Southbank, Depok, the final addition to the Lake Series. Designed for modern families, the 137 sqm two-story residence accommodates four bedrooms and three bathrooms on a 128 sqm plot. The interior concept combines warm luxury with tropical serenity, expressed through warm grey flooring, bronze accents, fluted glass, Calacatta-style marble, and rich wood finishes.

A dramatic double-height living room forms the home's focal point, complemented by an integrated kitchen and dining area, bespoke joinery, layered lighting, and individually designed bedrooms. Through strategic spatial planning, refined material selection, and detailed interior architecture, INSADA transforms the Neira Type into a sophisticated yet comfortable contemporary family home, demonstrating the potential of luxury residential interior design in Depok.
