INSADA was commissioned to bring the renowned Vault Nightclub brand from Bali to Jakarta, translating its distinctive identity into a high-impact urban setting. Located at the penthouse level of a central Jakarta high-rise, the project demanded a rigorous architectural and technical approach to deliver an immersive nightlife experience within a constrained vertical environment.

INSADA’s scope encompassed full construction management, including the reinterpretation of the Los Angeles–based designer’s original concept into buildable construction drawings, coordination with multiple consultants, material sourcing and substitutions, and complex logistical management for interior elements as well as integrated audio-visual systems. A key challenge involved introducing additional structural works at the penthouse level to support a dramatic mezzanine and suspended elements, enabling layered spatial experiences and intensified crowd engagement.

The completed venue is defined by a bold, theatrical atmosphere—characterized by saturated red lighting, large-scale LED installations, dynamic visual content, and reflective surfaces that amplify movement, sound, and energy. Elevated platforms and immersive sightlines create a sense of spectacle, placing performers and patrons within a continuous visual and sensory field. Despite the technical and structural complexities, the result is a refined nightclub destination that successfully elevates Vault’s iconic Bali identity into a powerful, metropolitan expression tailored for Jakarta’s nightlife scene.
