Esplanade Tower Marketing Lobby

Risland Sky House BSD entrusted INSADA to design and build the new marketing lobby for the Esplanade Tower development. Conceived as an evolution of the existing marketing gallery, the new lobby introduces a refined identity defined by a warm golden palette, elegant materiality, and immersive presentation spaces that reflect the elevated positioning of the tower.

The design combines hospitality-inspired interiors with integrated multimedia technology, creating an engaging environment for prospective buyers to experience the development’s vision and lifestyle. Backlit feature panels, digital displays, and curated material showcases are carefully composed within a clean architectural framework, allowing project information and visuals to become part of the spatial experience itself.

A sculptural chandelier installation serves as the centerpiece of the lobby, adding movement and visual drama while reinforcing the premium character of the space. Warm indirect lighting, timber wall cladding, bronze-toned accents, and illuminated presentation walls create an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. The result is a contemporary marketing environment that elevates the customer journey while communicating the exclusivity and quality of the Esplanade Tower development.
