Our Proposal for the Mixed-Use development in S. Parman explores a two-tower scheme to utilize the site and separate the apartment and office programmatic requirements while connecting the two programs with a podium filled with a retail. Both tower footprint is sculpted to maximize the view and privacy of each tower, each with distinctive façade articulation that is appropriate to their respective programs.
