Green Property Award 2018 - Savasa & Sentul City

We are honored to be involved in 2 of the projects that won Green Property Award (GPA) 2018, Savasa, and Sentul City. As the principal architect and interior designer for Savasa, we worked closely with Japanese developer – Panahome to design a single-family home located in Deltamas that is rich with green sustainable features and passive cooling strategies such as cross ventilation, stack effect to take full advantage of Indonesia’s tropical climate. Newest technological advances such as Puretech is also integrated within design, which can filter 97% of outside dust, dirt, pollen, and pollution.
