St Carolus Serpong Hospital

St. Carolus Serpong is an upcoming healthcare project designed around a more human-centered approach to medical environments. Drawing from the principles of healing hospitality and biophilic design, the interior combines natural materials, calming colors, flexible spaces, and improved access to daylight to create a warmer, more welcoming experience for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Currently underway, the project is scheduled for completion in 2027, marking another step in INSADA’s ongoing exploration of more comfortable, responsive, and human-centered healthcare design.

Scope: Interior Design

Location: Serpong, Indonesia

Project Type: Hospital

Bright and play-inspired pediatric hospital floor designed with a nature theme. A large wooden tree pillar with layered green circular ceiling panels anchors the space, surrounded by colorful child-sized activity tables, rabbit-ear chairs, and bright ottomans. An elongated curved nurse station with an orange front panel runs along the left side, while blue sofa seating, green doors, and soft pattern flooring complete the inviting clinic environment.

High-end private hospital suite with dark wood-look flooring, warm indirect lighting, and a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking greenery. A white adjustable patient bed is positioned in front of a backlit headwall adorned with peach and orange floral wallpaper and integrated medical gas outlets. The room includes beige and pink upholstered armchairs, a small visitor sofa with decorative pillows, and a wall-mounted TV
