Located in West Jakarta, House 13 demonstrates a modernist architectural concept adapted for the tropical climate. The design uses low-e curtain walls, aluminum extrusions, and perforated metal screens for safety and cooling. Passive cooling is achieved via skylights with integrated ventilation.
